1. ZHONGOU provides professional information consultation about product, technology and industry solutions for customers at anytime by network, telephone, letter or door to door.
2. ZHONGOU provides free samples for customers.
3. Customers can make reservations for exhibition visit and site inspection, ZHONGOU provides professional receptionists.
In-sales Service
1. Treat every client fairly.
2. Strictly implement the terms of the contract and compile with product standard and multi inspection.
After-sales Service
1. ZHONGOU provides free installation, commissioning and training for users’ technicians, ensures that users can get familiar with operation and put machine into use as soon as possible;
2. ZHONGOU provides one year warranty and lifetime maintenance. Free repair for mechanical failure and parts damage (no human factors and force majeure factors) under warranty (replacement parts like nozzle, protected glass except). Charging at cost when out of warranty;
3. Free software upgrade;
4. After-sales service response time within 24 hours. When received a repair call, after-sales engineer will give a clear answer or reach the equipment site within 24 hours. Maintenance crews can not leave until troubleshooting. (overseas customers depends on the contract)
5. ZHONGOU revisits all customers regularly each year and provides technical support service at any time.
